Someone else has already pointed out that @tt2000 didn't necessarily, single-handedly, cause trading to be halted when it was. Even if his comms did have that consequential effect, as @tt2000 rightly notes, the sole blame for anyone being "trapped" lies with another party you might have heard of; it's called Antares Energy.

And while you seem to think that anyone pursuing compliance with the law is a "busybody", you do know our government pays billions in wages for people to do exactly that, right? So it's a touch bizarre that you are unhappy with someone seeking to assist them gratis. This might explain it - would you prefer to live in a dystopian, Animal-Farm style free-for-all? Sweet, cool, sorry I missed that. Best go get yourself a ticket to the Democratic (ha!) Republic of Congo or some other such, because Australia doesn't play that way.
