Plead your case to the administrator Optimix. You cannot say you were not warned! Abobo has been calling this a Sell for months, predicting it would end up in Administration, a point that as far as i can tell you always disputed.
The court has ruled. Shareholders will be lucky to get 10c in the dollar imho. The buck has to stop somewhere, if you dont blame management who do you blame? Over the years CMQ have thrown hundreds of millions of investors money down the toilet, for it all to have come to this is sheer incompetence.
They have had a liferaft thrown to them far too many times, any white knight would now be much safer negotiating with the administrators and feeding on the carcass like a vulture. Far too many burnt people in CMQ's history, the company has had more chances than any other private company I can ever recall.
Face it, its over - move on and learn from this.
