The final decision in the AAT report, says the following:
DECISION
Were it not for the Other Party’s continued involvement in the applicant as an executive officer I would be inclined to allow the application in relation to registration for a limited period of three years.
My reading of this, is that with the CEOs (Other Party's) resignation the registration could be renewed?
So I don't think this is the end, but still very difficult times ahead.
