I think this is what they are attempting but I am unaware of the process of appealing here. I'm guessing to the federal court as they did previously to stop the fit and proper person portion of the case being heard. Millions have been wasted on legals and I suspect any legal challenge to this and any ACCC is going to waste millions more in addition to any penalties.
