I dont know why they dont just auction the Clark asset off. A loss making education business that is already undercapitalised isnt the logical developer of the property in my mind. I feel there is value there but management dont appear focused on uncovering the value for shareholders. Maybe in a perverse way the court loss will force their hand with the property and this will actually be good for shareholders.
