TheBanker....Quiktrak australia does not own Quiktrak South Africa...they are seperate companies...not linked....well...we did find some link between them...a guy called Peter Ritchie who is based in Hong Kong owns Quiktrak South Africa and although Quiktrak stated Quiktrak South Africa is an un-related party (just happens to to have the same name...funny that)...Peter Ritchie has or does hold shares in QTK Australia.
Either way...you are right on the assets shifting Makattack and TB...they will most probably be shifted to South Africa so no one in australia can get at them.
I cant see QTK ever coming out of the suspension its in on the ASX and trading again...why would it?
