As previously discussed in here, while I am not expecting massive returns from an administrative process, I am still hoping for a return. I still believe we would have seen nothing taking Hartree as a dominant partner. So anything will be better than nothing and it will get this mess put to bed.
The admin process may well see the Hartree lifetime Off take agreement disappear. That would add significant value to the company. It's still a good story, hydro powered clean sulfides, but it was starved of the cash it needed to get up and running once the IPO fell over.
It's interesting that Hartree have opted to keep the show running, it does indicate they see more value in it running than shuttered.
It will be interesting to see if we end up behind or infront of what would have been a cent or so back after the Bawdwin collapse.
Probably many games to come still! We may yet need a class action.
