Because the expected cheque to shareholders will be so inconsequential revising to the tax office next year is a simple task for any tax agent .

I have had a few companies go into administration you don't receive any cheque all you get is a declaration shares are worthless.
Unless there is there anything of value left in this company for shareholders which I highly doubt.
It joins my others recently RVR WMC
