Voluntary Administrators
Appointed
Mallee Resources Limited (“Mallee” or “the Company”) advises that
the Company has appointed Robert Kirman, Matthew Caddy and
Shaun Fraser of McGrathNicol as Voluntary Administrators to the
Company.
The debt facilities provided by Hartree Partners (“Hartree”) became
due and payable upon the expiration of the debt standstill
agreement, midnight on Monday 4 September. The Company has
insufficient capital to repay the amounts owing and discussions with
potential financiers had not reached a stage where binding financing
facilities had been agreed.
