Yet another example of ASIC sitting on their hands doing absolutely nothing. They have a great job and pay and it amazes me that successive governments support their pay without any requirement of performance. It must be demoralizing for ASIC staff as they must know everyone in Australia knows they are state bludgers doing nothing and achieving nothing other than gouging tax payers.
