Mallee Resources Limited (“Mallee” or “the Company” advises that Scott Langdon, Richard Tucker and Mark Korda of KordaMentha (the “Receivers” were appointed as joint and several Receivers and Managers to all of the property of the Company and Mallee Tas (Misc) Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) (Receivers and Managers Appointed) on 12 September 2023.
On 7 September 2023, Scott Langdon, Richard Tucker and Mark Korda were appointed Receivers and Managers of Avebury (Operating) Pty Ltd, Avebury (Staff) Pty Ltd, Allegiance Mining Pty Ltd, Mallee Tas (Operating) Pty Ltd and Zeemain Pty Ltd (all Administrators Appointed) (all Receivers and Managers Appointed).
The Receivers have now assumed control of the management and operations of the Company. Creditors, shareholders and other stakeholders are advised to contact KordaMentha by email at [email protected] to seek further information about the Company and the receivership.
