If one was to pinpint the failure of this company to one critical issue, what would that be?

I don't think its due to their inmability to repatriate the money from Myanmar. Because that wouldn't have come close to covering the outstanding debt. Was it simply that the team failed to extract the minerals in a cost effective way. The disaster that was the relisting process. Or were they banking on the record-high nickel prices continuing indefinitely?
