I think we have to wait for the Administrators/Receivers to conclude their process.

If they manage to sell the business then shareholders might get some money back (or might not) but it would close off this debacle for tax purposes. If they can't find a buyer or run out time/resources then I suppose they might shutter the mine, sack the staff and write-off the whole business as a loss. Same result. Both need to wait for the process to run its course.
