Let's say in two weeks the asset sales can't be done and Oz goes into administration.
I know the administrators would be working for the creditors, so aren't focused on extracting maximum value from asset sales for shareholders...just as long as the creditors get what's owing to them.
Even so, the total debt seems low compared to total assets, even after the writedowns. Surely not all assets would need to be sold, or, if they were, there would be excess funds to be returned to shareholders.
Any views?
