Advice just out from Deloitte.....little wonder BNB selected Deloitte to handle the administration (and therefore have to deal with BBIPL).

Turns out in the last several weeks,Deloitte advised management on preparation of information to provide to secured lenders advisors....and also advised management regarding the consequences of insolvency and alternatice courses of action.

What a joke....now Deloitte are acting on behalf of creditors.......
