The Administrator will likely say nothing until reporting to creditors in next months.
The only thing that can be said for an absolute fact is that the Board of PLA have given no explanation to their shareholders why Administration was necessary. One can speculate that their decision to provide no explanation is probably because of some absolute and total disgrace.
