ANZ have allegedly made an offer to Ferriers at 62c. Ferriers denies any deal. But fairfax has run the article two days running...so they must be confident of their information source. perhaps ANZ leaked the offer to fairfax to get reaction and feedback.
So what gives with Ferriers. Are they working in the best interest of creditors or themselves. Is Ferriers another hurdle clients have to jump...they have suppressed explosive evidence...they have denied a deal is being offerred. If Ferriers do not play in creditors interests...they have to go...appoint an alternative Administrator.
