    me too do not understand how 1.6b debt came about.
    Originally ABS was suspended because of disputed accounting system and auditing. Then they engaged,I believe,Ernest & Young. We never got their findings.

    Last month October 2008 they were willing to spend 70m to acquire 123 careers business. How?

    I want to know who will give us actual accounts reports by E&Y, for the accounting period 2007 and 2008, for which they were engaged.
