    Robert confirmed that Stirling has been sold to Virtus Capital.

    Virtus will be looking to establish another business on the shell, most likely another Pharma business, but could be anything. There will be a consolidation.
    Robert indicated Virtus can do nothing without holding a shareholders meeting to approve any forward direction including agreeing to any consolidation ratio.

    He expects the process to take 3 to 6 months.
