The Directors (Who should be charged) didnt give a sh*t about shareholders and the Administrator doesnt either, ASIC also need to do more to protect Shareholders but no in Australia there is no one to look out for the small investor.
Companies can get away with blue murder and everyone says its not my job to do anything.
But we all took the risk and lost so its our own fault for believing what was reported
