You have raised some very interesting issues. Personally i am not a fan of Korda Mentha. These guys are big in the media but i would think there are far better operators out there. I dont think it will have a material effect at the end of the day, you are 100% right, it was under KM that the various restructure proposals were put forward, so they would have to be reasonably consistent otherwise a huge question mark will hang over their reputation. But i personally think their role is simply one of basic advisory rather than advocacy and resolution otherwise they may be conflicted given their past role. I also agree with you that it is in the bond holders interests to have PDN as an ongoing entity otherwise they will lose out. As long as the parties are reasonable , there is a fair chance that this will be resolved and PDN will be back on the ASX. The fact they are working through it is a very good sign.
