I am not seeking a response or acknowledgement in this thread, but just wanted to add that I hope you are focusing some attention on HNC's new parent company.

Good luck and when you get it back on the Board focus on managing the engineers because that is where the problems always seem to arise in comparable projects .

Generally they the engineers are like Ferrier Hodgson with no "skin in the game" and like Ferrier Hodgson they live off fee income when their rewards should be heavily conditioned on the delivery of projects that ramp up to production targets.
