I think most rasonable people will dismiss the thoughts of "independent experts" - I used to lean toward the idea there are - lies - blood lies and then you have statistics (somethign like than anyway) but now I add as the finale - then you have "independent experts" -
I note FH enlisted that mob - DMR as ndependent experts" to say mob say the YAG offer at 2.5 cents per share was fair and reasonable - but Toll and co enlisted the EXACT same mob who on the very day administrators were appointed said it was worth .42 cents per share
So for mine - yes you have liars - bloody liars - and then you have statistics - AND THEN YOU HAVE INDPENDENT EXPERTS - who wil value anything at the value that suits you as long as you pay the fee
