w/o of intangibles is pointless at this juncture..that won't be done until y/e...capital raising needs to be done via a rights issue at say 20c but even then you won't have underwriters waiting at the door and they have no tangibles to sell...gotta say if I was the banker in charge I would call in the administrators...the board themselves would have to do it otherwise they would be trading whilst insolvent...heavy penalties for that...new management is need and now!!
