    As soon as Shunkang saw the notes the writing was in the wall. Why pay for the stock when you can get AJQ through the notes.

    I'm not a holder but feel for SH's.Is there any recourse to the directors of AJQ? I thought they missed the payment when the had the funds available? The payment default is what triggered this mess.
