Isn't this just asking us to give 80% of our shares for essentially nothing?
Correct me if I'm wrong but they're essentially buying $240 million market cap (80% of $300 million) for $350k. Meaning you get back approx 1.5% of your capital back.
Meaning if you had $10,000 invested into BIG then you get back $150.
And why only 80%? Why not 100% and give us the option to transfer full holdings out? I think they're fking shareholders at every single opportunity so am considering just holding onto my worthless shares and claiming a capital loss. I've already been in this mindset since they delisted and July's coming up.
I'd rather claim the capital loss and offset future gains than do all this work just to get back such a pathetic amount and see creditors further up the chain get fed. Who feeds us?
