Yes we can only hope that the investigation is rigorous and that they haven't filed it away in the 'too hard' basket. Shareholders lost a lot of money and we deserve answers.
Last year I spoke with some lawyers about the possibility of class action and the biggest mystery in all of this (and what makes a class action almost impossible) is the question of where all the money actually went? What did the directors gain from doing it? They issued false & misleading accounts which massively pumped up the share price, but there was never any clear evidence of them selling shares or profiting from it. I wonder if this snippet of information about Mr Ho's insider trading, with information directly from Richard, is starting to answer some of that question?
We'll never get our money back, but I live for the day that the crooks at the top of this are made to face court and answer for what they did. Fingers crossed....
