Yes that's why I'm pushing them to get some sort of conclusion by EOFY. To claim capital loss we need the company to be wound up or an official written declaration from liquidator that SH's will not recieve anything from the liquidation process.
It seems we're all in limbo and waiting for an unknown period of time whilst they have 'ongoing recovery measures'.
I've got almost $300k of capital loss that I'd really like to crystallise in this financial year! Very frustrating when Deloitte can't even respond to my email about the matter.
