Thanks for the update. Why does it make capital losses tricky?  Isn’t it the same as giving the shares to delisted.com?

Also, this implies to me that the wind-up value of BIG is zero. There seems to be no particular IP value in movie making and whatever value may lie in the video library (almost certainly nothing) was transferred away when BIG went into administration if I recall correctly.  So I guess the creditors may as well ask for ownership of the entity as there could be some sort of remotely possible Phoenix value in a new enterprise that way.
