Hmmmm, I don't give financial advice, these are just my thoughts.
If I were a shareholder here, I'd wait until there's an official delisting before crystallising any loss.
What happens if LPD is restructured? Ok, it won't hold the IP anymore, it'll just be a shell of a company, but it still owns that pile of dirt in Namibia. Perhaps there's a relist & spod/lepidolite could be sold to China? Who knows, it looks like the Chinese were desperate to hold onto that supply. The Chinese had an offtake agreement with Desert Lion & were willing to throw $60M at LPD for a stake in the company.
The sharks like to circle when there's blood in the water.
