I assume you're talking about BNP Nominees? I wouldn't know who's in control of that entity & not sure how I could seek out that information. Perhaps email these guys? Maybe someone can send you in a better direction than I can.

I doubt CL had anything to do with the demise of LPD. It was the funding hurdle that took her down, it wouldn't matter who owned which shares & when. If JW & the crew were able to secure the funds needed to build this venture, I'm sure the market would have woken up.

It wouldn't hurt to email a few lawyers to find out what avenues shareholders here can take. If I were a shareholder here, that's what I would do. They have access to more information & might be able to direct you down another path. Whether it be legal or an investigation. I don't know. I didn't follow LPD too closely, I just popped in every now & then to see what was happening, so I may have missed something.

It might be hard to appreciate that statement now, given the amount of anger I'm sure most shareholders are feeling at the moment. But there will come a day when you look back at this time & come to the realisation that life is short & none of this matters.
