Unfortunately mate, you have to be a bit of a megalomanic to run an ASX listed company. Any company basically. It just comes with the territory. You're fighting for market share against the competition with a product or idea to sell.
Shareholders are normally the ones left to pick up the pieces if things don't end well. Not only financially but emotionally & psychologically. Trust me, I know!!
