either stalling for time and CL results or genuinely working for stake holders under no illusions if LPD survives the ASX share holders are unlikely to recover any significant amount of capital and thats assuming LPD remains the prime entity, well we can but wait and see what the 11th hour might bring, anyone want to provide an educated guess on capital restructure to get into ore production with a pathway to processing the ore at a chemical plant and where that plant might be, think the only saving grace is the permits issued to the holder which I assume are not transferble along with the attached patents, which you could say is somewhat masterful indeed the compantystructure really appealed to me because hostile t/o would be so difficult, happy to be corrected but thats what was part of the attraction
