Administrators Report, page-43

Report went up on the KordaMentha Lepidico site this morning.

I won't screenshot much - just two parts that I think give an overview.

Screenshot 1 - 4 of the EOI progressed.
But in the end, the Administrators concluded the DOCA had too many conditions (spelled out in the report - I won't screenshot it here)



Screenshot 2 - The Administrators determined the best result for Creditors was to sell the IP



There will not be a Meeting of Creditors on May 15th.
The Agenda is in Appendix B of the report.
At that meeting it is likely a decision will be made to wind the Company up.
