Im sure all holders would like to know why the IP was sold off so cheaply, with no buyer transparency and rather quickly including pre payment to speed it up
noting that the tech is backed by UK government and Techmet, and Cornish Lithium
I would be seeking transparency through freedom of information act requests
I would also be seeking transparency on legality GJ and SM interests
Disclosure of company organisation/ownership structural changes also one to investigate
what would really tick me off is their blatant misleading on DFC funding and UAE agreement status
