At best I thought LPD might be a niche player , never considered it would be a major player but something that would be compelling given its theoretical environmental credentials for a few like CL , so here we are wondering if its a series of unfortunate events and misguided arrogance from the BOD its certainly not a compelling financial story now. The Namibian Government have probably created a substantial financial barrier to the development of viable processing and export of same ,given it must be processed. Clearly there has been no financial support in Namibia for development and the Chinese presence in Namibia suggests they will be the most likely major partners for any development thats viable in Namibia .. As distasteful as it might be the most likely outcome is CL production outcome is the only possibility of an outcome for the patented technology with little likelihood of any substantive outcome for retail shareholders. At one point the UAE were talking about EV production it doesnt seem very likely given Chinas enormous manufacturing volume of Evs in the current market. Anyway we will soon know the final outcome
