KordaMentha, as the appointed voluntary administrators for Lepidico Limited and its Australian subsidiaries, sold Lepidico's intellectual property (IP) assets to Cornish Lithium plc for £500,000.
The sale agreement was executed on April 14, 2025, and completion occurred on April 30, 2025. The IP assets sold included:
