    Can some one help me understand this.

    How is an administrator appointed when there is a million dollar debt but we are making payments..... Eg dont we have to default before you send in the administrator.

    Also why has the company not gone into administration, the receiver is not working for us, why has the board not moved to protect us, the shareholders and company??

    Am I missing something here????
