I can't explain what's going on, but this is pretty interesting. So, Clive Carroll is the biggest shareholder in BCD through his company Eclectic Investments. He is also Non Executive Chairman of BCD. He is also the Executive Chairman of MKS Precious Metals (previously known as MKS Capital Ltd). MKS Capital is the Australian branch? (maybe not the correct term, not sure how the structure works) of MKS Switzerland, an international precious metals trader.

So, Eclectic lent BCD 1M, and MKS (not sure if the local branch or the head office) lent BCD 3.5M. Now, BCD appear not to have enough funds to complete the construction etc for Lorena, and the Receiver and Manager has been called in on behalf of MKS (again, not sure if local branch or not). Interesting to see what happens from here.
