ASIC should be reviewing the inter related parties issue and putting a formal query to the Directors on why they did not appoint administrators and on what basis did a receiver determine they had the right to seek securities when no securities have been taken. This is our company, not yours, you might have put money in that was derived from our pockets in any event as fees, but we all own it, not just you guys. If some magical dilution or resurrection happens with this over seas mob, then I would be heading for the hills as if ASIC don't look, I reckon the AFR will.
