    It is extraordinary, but not surprising, that once again....nothing from the company.

    Not an update about the result in court. The barefaced, utter contempt for shareholders is appalling.

    It would seem that shareholders, in their entitled universe, exist only to continue the 3B Mine and R&D Open Cut Pit.
