OZL is a very different company now when compared to 07/08.

The strategy that the company presented on 30 Nov this year was to concentrate on copper and any acquisitions would need to have the potential to add 50,000tpa of copper production. OZL has indicated that it has walked away from RIO's NorthParkes mine as it is too small and they cannot see any upside in production.

While KZL would have been on the list, I suspect that it has been rejected. KZL's copper production is too small to fit with their strategy.
