Appreciate the honesty- and takeover talk is just that, talk. Now they are on a more stable footing I couldn't imagine why management would be contemplating/soliciting that future for the company, and obviously, that's not why their largest shareholder has joined the books.

The gold float offers some upside to shareholders and that alone will offer a nice profit from a buy at these levels.

I get the feeling that Admiral Bay is a definite goer and that KZL are clearing the decks(Mungana Gold) to allow them to focus on its development. This could prove to be a substantial move for KZL over the next decade.
