I admit I thought the Australian was overvalued in the capital cities.
But take SYDNEY for instance seem like crazy prices in the better suburbs but Google 'apartments for sale in new York' and check the prices
eg 2br apartment 15 east 69th st new York$8,750,000 etc when you see these prices Sydney prices don't seem so outlandish after all
admit it you got it wrong, page-27
