People never admit, until one day they are old (60+) & incapable of working. Then it will hit them... Do i have something of value to support my reminding years? If you have a property at least you can sell it & have a good remaining years.
Property is like a saving account in your old age, don't retied penniless, it's extremely extremely unpleasant.
