    I emailed Andromeda on the 19th asking question about HPA and weather MOU was signed on behalf of Joint Venture or ADN.

    No answer yet so patiently waiting.

    MEP has agreement with ADN that all marketing of GWP is done by ADN on behalf of Joint Venture.

    I suspect that ADN sometimes forget to mention in ASX releases that they own 75% of the GWP. I have bought this to their attention as well.
