I reached out this morning post recent discussion:
MEPs view is that any work done utilising GW material is IP property of the GW JV - not the individual JV participants.
My points:
HPA tests/ trials using GW JV product + concrete trials (and patent?).
Tiwi Rum Monster @Holdmybeer + @ezirida are on the money, at least MEPs view off the JV.
Sounds like we own 25% of the ice cream we will be licking.
