    More space for corporate manoeuvring.
    No point CR without knowing how much.
    Also gives time for news ….. improvement of SP prior to CR ( if that’s the chosen path)
    This may also b the part JM alludes to about everyone not knowing full detail, ie MEP held ground on spending until DFS/ BFS.
    One of us could end up with wedgie.
