Take it as you will , my comments are my opinion and to me it seems like a valid reason as to why MEP wont raise under 10c. Could be wrong but thats my call .
MEP have enormous value within in and I stand by my comment that if they raise under 10c considering the huge discount to ADN pre raising then MEP board should get the first strike. BTW i would participate under 10c but would use my votes to move motions.
