MEP has always been at such a massive discount to ADN and a 10% discount to the VWAP of the last 2 weeks should be low enough. After reading the Instos have take a greater interest in ADN since the BOA then placed $30million ,, Im thinking they will place $10m with MEP at 10c and do a SPP for $5m all at 10c .

Anything under this is robbing shareholders because of the significant discount to ADN prior to the price movements. I will have ZERO faith in this management if they dilute heavily at under 10c.

I'd bet on a heavily discounted CR at 9 cents. There's my pennies worth.
